Webdesigner:
This person designs the site look: and with the webmaster prepares the visual template.
This person is selected based on the final design that is chosen, and this is done in addition to their other assignment.
Project Producer
This person is responsible for working with the client. They make sure that the client is on board at all times, and that the client and team are moving along to complete the project. They are the only person who contacts the client.
They are responsible for time lines with the team -an making sure that the work gets done. Setup weekly group meetings, facilitate workflow, and assign jobs. Manage other members of the team.
Web Master:
The buck stops here with all artist design. This is the person who decides how the site works . Responsible for the visual template. This person is responsible structure of the site, making sure the site is fully functional, and for uploading final site .
Applications Designer
This person is responsible for setting up and visually designing applications that the site may need. This can include- a blog, Facebook pages, paypal donate buttons, google calendar , favIcon
Visual Editor
This person is responsible for text editing and visual images used in the site. Text should be formatted with search engines in mind. Visual images should be copyright free and sized appropriately.
