What the Job Descriptions Mean

The whole team is responsible for the look, and can be called in at any time to help with design elements, wordpress plugins, picture sizing etc...

Web Master:
The buck stops here with the web. This is the person who decides how the site works. Picks (with the team) the wordpress template. This person is responsible structure of the site, making sure the  site is fully functional, and  for uploading final site .

Project Producer
This person is responsible for working with the client. They make sure that the client is on board at all times, and that the client and team are moving along to complete the project. They are the only person who contacts the client. At the end the write a " cheat sheet" for the client on how to use the site.

They are  responsible for time lines with the team - making sure that the work gets done. Setup weekly group meetings, facilitate workflow, and  assign jobs. Manage other members of the team.

Applications Designer
This person is responsible for setting up and visually designing applications that the site may need. This can include- a blog, Facebook pages, paypal donate buttons, google calendar, favIcon. Locating and managing plugins.
