* Don’t particularly like the color scheme. However, I like the ease of buttons on the left and the fact that they remain constant as you navigate the site. I like the Information Tool Bar across the top and the navigation to more detailed pages. I like the fact that this toolbar remains constant, too, as you navigate to the various pages.

- Like the clarity of the site. Ease of navigation, easy to read information. Like the consistency of the address at the bottom. Like the addition of the Google calendar.

United Way of Long Island. Love the brightness of the home page. I like the top half of the page, but don’t particularly like the information provided on the bottom half.
- Like the color pallet, like the use of logos, like the “slide show” of photographs, like the links, like the ease of the navigation buttons. Way more information than we would ever use, but we do link to this site from our own.

(what we don’t currently have on the site but could perhaps add is a Blog. I write a blog that I post to Facebook, but it may be nice to have one right on our site. We are also currently heavy on text and not really utilizing photographs as much as we could. I’d like to explore what our options might be in that area.)
5. Where is the data for these pages? Do you want to update it ? Or should we start with what is currently on the pages?
Most of the data is already on the pages, other material can be sent via email in PDF form if you’d like.
6. Who is going to input missing data? Are they willing to be the liaison to Springfield? Will they pick up and respond to e-mail daily?
I will be the liaison to Springfield College. In addition to my email address I will provide you with my cell phone. I do not have access to my work email from home, but I’m in the office every day, Monday – Friday.
7. What kind of pictures are you interested in using? Do you have photographs? We can scan.

8. Can we have access to high res- versions of the United Way logos?
I have a CD of stock photos from United Way of America which I will share with you. They are acceptable and approved for use in advertisements and promotional materials. I also have high resolution copies of Logos and also have a Brandmark Usage directory which you could access for information.
